About Jennifer Britton

I am on a a mission to impact the conversations and performance of teams in the virtual and hybrid world. I've had the privileged of training, and coaching thousands of teams, entrepreneurs, leaders and teams since 2004 via my company, Potentials Realized. I am the co-host of the Remote Pathways podcast. My work at Potentials Realized is dedicated to supporting virtual, remote and hybrid teams, and organizations around leadership, teamwork and performance.

With my professional roots as a former leader with the UN and the global sector, along with thirty years as an experiential educator I am a thought leader in the areas of group and team coaching, having published the world's first book on group coaching back in 20019 via Wiley - Effective Group Coaching.

I've been living and leading in the remote space for three decades. From my professional adventures in the early 1990s leading teams in Central and South America and the Caribbean, to opening the doors at Potentials Realized in 2004, and leading virtually, my work as been about bringing people together to ind common ground and envision their future.

As a recipient of several awards of excellence for my work (including the Prism Award for Excellence in Coaching) I take pride in partnering with you to design a customized digital or hybrid learning experience for you.
