I am very pleased to share with you a new article of mine that has just been published in the Fall 2021 edition of choice magazine of professional coaching. Their upcoming edition is on Disruption and

Many of you know that part of focus while working in the global sector was on support post-disaster management, supporting projects with the rebuilding of countries after natural disasters struck. I also learned early in my career about the instability of career pathways. Every job I started moved into a significant organizational change process within the first 3 days to 3 months of starting a new role! Prior to starting my business back in 2004, I became accustomed to always be on the lookout for change. This is probably one of the factors which has shaped my future-focus mindset for business the most.
Four key skills and focus areas I found to be critical in cultivating in the teams I led were:
Curiosity
Vision
Experimentation
Connection
These are the four areas highlighted in this latest article I have penned for choice Magazine.
