One of the most important conversations you can have in today’s workspace – whether it’s hybrid, in-person or remote – is a one-on-one conversation with your team member or even peer. As someone who works each week with groups and teams, I know how important it is for everyone to become better at listening and coaching.
In the last few weeks, I have been working with a range of different types of groups and teams. As they get more familiar with the coaching process, they are working on focusing on becoming better coaches themselves.
